“You must not ever stop being
whimsical. And you must not,
ever, give anyone else the
responsibility for your life.”

We hurt, we love, we make mistakes, we fall to our knees, and we get back up.
We shine when someone we love shines. We ache when someone we love aches.
These are threads that connect us.
Imagine if you viewed every single person
with the thought in your mind ----
I love you with all my heart.
The heart is that big. It can hold unlimited love.
It is not the conditional love that we normally experience. It is the Love that
comes from knowing we are connected beyond the boundaries of this flesh. It is
passing a stranger in the store and thinking ...
I love you.
It is flinching from an enraged driver,
but still thinking ...
I love you
Try it.
Practice it.
It will help you on your journey to self-healing.
Good byes are only for those who love with their
eyes. Because for those who love with their heart
and soul, there is no such thing as separation.
~ Rumi
How could anyone ever tell you you were
anything less than beautiful?
How could anyone ever tell you
you were less than whole?
How could anyone fail to notice
that your loving is a miracle?
How deeply you’re connected to my soul.

Speaking Through Poetry
There is so much pain and trauma around and within us. We cannot save the world, but we can start by working on ourselves so
we can have more energy and resources to help others. It is imperative to care for our emotional and mental health as it is to care
for our physical health. They are all connected. WE are ALL connected. Every person who suffers affects us all.
You do have the power! Believe in yourself :)

What if our religion was each other?
If our practice was our life?
If prayer, our words?
What if the temple was the Earth?
If forests were our church?
If holy water - the rivers, lakes, and ocean?
What if meditation was our relationships?
If the teacher was life?
If wisdom was self-knowledge?
If love was the center of our being?

I often wonder “why” I am here and why this path. The answer always comes on my walks. You were
always here, just the landscape has changed. I spent my youth seeking out nature and now nature is me.
Traveling along the threads of time
We are
carefully
irretrievably
pulled into a new dawn
The silent shuttle
of the silent weaver
adds one more line to the tapestry of our lives
our love
our gratitude
our wisdom
our song
has exalted yet another year
when we were able
to draw breath and share heart beats

This isn’t a journey about becoming something. This is about unbecoming who we are not. ~Adyashanti
